How iCal sync works:
1. Copy the platform's iCal URL and paste it as the Import URL here. OwnDesk reads platform bookings every 15-30 min.
2. Click Generate to create your Export URL for a room, then paste it into the platform (Airbnb → Calendar → Import). The platform reads your availability every 15-30 min.
3. Both directions sync automatically. New bookings block dates on all platforms within 15-30 minutes.
Works with: Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Hotels.com, TripAdvisor, Agoda, HotelBeds, and any platform that supports iCal.

After deploying the OwnDesk iCal Worker to Cloudflare, enter your PUSH_SECRET here to enable live export URLs.

Staff copy encryption

Set a password to encrypt financial data in staff copy exports. Staff see guest names and dates — not amounts or payment status. Leave blank for no encryption.
